This home was awarded the Grand Award in the $325,000-$335,000 price category, the Blue Ribbon for the Exceptional tile work throughout the house and also won the Top-Score Award for the overall countywide Parade of Homes!

Marshall credits Residential Design Specialist, Mark Pemberton of Pemberton Residential Design for the creative vision he had with the floorplan of this home, and the skill and dedication of his staff and sub-contractors.
